This is a suggestion post regarding some gameplay/hale changes that I think need changing which would benefit the Freak Fortress 2 server. This isn`t a voting post, voting post will we available in 2-3 days so that everyone can write down their personal opinions on the changes and how they would tweak them depending on their experience, everyones ideas will be analysed and I`ll post fixes down below. This post will hit character limit so I`ll have to separate it into 2 possibly 3 parts (the post itself and 1-2 comments below).
I Classes
SCOUT
-Reduce knockback from Force-a-Nature`s blast by 33%
-Reduce Sandman`s stun by 2 seconds
-Increase Sandman`s recharge time by 2 seconds
-Increase Wrap Assassin`s recharge time by 4 seconds
-Reduce jump height whilst using Force-a-Nature and BFB by 15%
-Reduce Winger`s jump height boost to 15% rather than 25%
-Reduce Winger`s ammo carrying capacity by 4
-Reduce jump height whilst using Atomizer by 5%
-Increase Mad Milk`s recharge time by 3 seconds
-Reduce pistol (Classic, Lug, CAPPER) clip size by 3
+Increase pistol (Classic, Lug, CAPPER) ammo carrying capacity by 9
+Increase Winger`s clip size by 3
+Make Winger deal critical hits
+Increase Crit-a-Cola`s effect duration by 2 seconds
+Reduce Flying Guillotine`s recharge time by 1 second.
+Add an ability for pistol (Classic, Lug, CAPPER) to recharge Bonk! Atomic Punch by 1% of the current recharge time per 1 successful hit
SOLDIER
ROCKET JUMPER SOLUTION #1:
-Add 20 HitPoint self-damage
-Increase reload time by 33%
-Decrease ammo carrying capacity by 24

-Add an ability where upon draining buff (Buff Banner, Battalion`s Backup, Concheror) rage, the player receives “Marked for Death” for 4 seconds
-Increase Black Box`s self-damage by 10%
-Decrease Black Box`s healing factor by 10 HitPoints
+Decrease Black Box`s reload time by 15%
+Increase Black Box`s rocket speed by 10%
+Increase Black Box`s clip size by 2
+Add an ability when whilst using Half-Zatoichi, player`s speed increases by 10%

PYRO
-Increase ammo cost per blast by 40
-Decrease health recovery time from healing sources (Dispenser, Medic) by 33%
-Decrease received health from other healing sources (Small, Medium, Large Health Pack) by 10%
-Increase self-damage from Flare Gun, Detonator and Scorch Shot by 5%
+Increase the player`s speed whilst using any shotgun by 18%
DEMOMAN
-Decrease Scottish Resistance`s number of stickybombs out at once by 3
+Add an ability where upon receiving a hit whilst using an active shield (not destroyed), instead of the shield taking a hit there is a 50% of transferring 20% of Hale`s hit damage to the player
+Add an ability where upon losing the shield, the player`s speed increases by 33% for 5 seconds and after that decreases by 10% of its original value for 2 seconds.
+Add an ability where upon hitting an enemy with Ullapool Caber, The Ullapool Caber keeps its original state and again further on
+Increase Frying Pan`s damage by 20%
HEAVY
+Increase the player`s speed by additional 10% with prior speed buff whilst using Family Business
+Increase speed buff duration upon a successful hit with Eviction Notice by additional second with prior speed buff duration
ENGINEER
-Reduce Pomson 6000`s damage by 15%
-Increase Launch Pad build time by 10%
-Reduce Sentry knockback by 15% (if impossible, check III Hales)
+Increase Rescue Ranger`s damage by 50%
MEDIC
-Decrease charge rate by 1%
-Decrease round start Übercharge amount by 10%
-Add an ability when whilst using Übersaw, the player receives “Marked for Death”
-Decrease the player`s health by 5 HitPoints while having Crusader`s Crossbow equipped
-Decrease Crusader`s Crossbow`s ammo carrying capacity by 12
-Decrease Solemn Vow`s attack speed by 10%
+Increase heal rate of all mediguns by 6%
+Increase the player`s speed while using Übersaw by 5%
+Add an ability for Solemn Vow to add 13% ÜberCharge upon successful hit
+Increase Solemn Vow`s damage by 33%
SNIPER

-Reduce cloak meter refill from ammo crates by 10%
+Increase L`Etranger`s damage by 5%
+Reduce Conniver`s Kunai health penalty by 5 HitPoints
+Increase the player`s health by 15 HitPoints while having Sharp Dresser equipped
